These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DrKumar.ai ("the Service"), operated by DrKumar.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DrKumar.ai. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@drkumar.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is false, misleading, or intended to deceive the AI system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties in a professional capacity.
• Upload personal health data belonging to another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to circumvent security, rate limiting, or authentication measures.

4. No medical advice

The AI-generated content on DrKumar.ai — including symptom assessments, lab report interpretations, biomarker explanations, and health narratives — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment plan. You should always verify AI-generated health information with a licensed healthcare professional before acting on it.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on DrKumar.ai are the property of DrKumar.ai or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any personal data and health information you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrKumar.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any health decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
